Please note that access to our romantic pool "La Viva" is permitted from the age of 14.

For healthy circulation - immerse yourself in our brine bath and feel this inexhaustible source of energy.

The water temperature is approx. 32 °C and the salt concentration (brine content 4 %) promotes blood circulation. This stimulates the body's perspiration, which in turn stimulates the body's own purification, drainage and vein function.

The recommended length of stay in the brine pool is 15 - 20 minutes.

Sweat yourself healthy in the Finnish sauna.

The Finnish sauna is hot and dry. It is used for cardiovascular training and to toughen up. It also promotes the elimination of harmful substances.

Tip: Less experienced sauna users should start at the lowest level.

The bio sauna has a positive effect on the respiratory tract and is not at all harmful to the circulation due to the low temperature.

The recommended length of stay in this sauna is 25 - 40 minutes.

The tropical rain shower or the ice grotto with crushed ice is the perfect way to cool off.

The special highlight of the 4,200 m² wellness area is the 30 metre long escalator that leads from the event sauna to the panoramic sauna garden - including a breathtaking view of the Kitzbühel mountains.

The realisation was quite simply a technical masterpiece:
30% incline and 30 metres long - a total of 72 stairs.

After an enjoyable ride on the escalator up to the edge of the forest, a marvellous backdrop and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains open up. In the midst of this idyllic natural setting, the panoramic sauna garden offers everything your heart desires for wellness & spa.
