Your room will be available to you from around 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.Are you planning to arrive in the morning?Then please contact us two days before your arrival. Depending on availability, we will allow you to occupy your room from 09.00 a.m. for a surcharge of € 100 per room.
Should you arrive after 7.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Yes, we provide all our guests with free parking spaces on our hotel grounds.We offer an underground car park for € 10 (€ 15 with charging option) per night and car.

On the day of departure, your room is available until 11.00 am.On request and subject to availability, you can book a late check-out until 6.00 pm two days before departure for a surcharge of € 100 per room.

Dinner is from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm
To maintain the atmosphere in our hotel, we would ask that you wear appropriate attire during your evening meal. We would like to point out that jogging suits, short trousers and beach shoes are not permitted in the restaurant. Men may of course wear t-shirts which have a collar. For our gala dinner on the Friday, we would ask that you wear appropriate attire.
Dogs are welcome on request and there will be a charge of €35 (€25 up to 30 cm high at shoulder level) per night, not including food. In consideration of our other guests, please note that dogs are not permitted in our dining hall, in our lounger area or in the wellness area. We reserve the right to bill for any final cleaning that may be necessary.
