Important details about your holiday
Prices
Our room prices are per person per night, including a 6-course menu to choose from, extensive buffet breakfast with healthy foods and our Lärchenhof extras. An exact outline of our Lärchenhof extras can be seen under section ‘Inclusive services’.
Half-board
Should you not want to avail of our 6-course evening menu, please let Reception know in good time. We will refund €10 per person on your hotel bill in this instance.
Breakfast on arrival day
You are welcome to have breakfast on the arrival day, we charge €25 per adult and €17.50 per child (up to 15.99 years).

Local taxes
Prices for our overnight stays exclude local taxes (€2.20 per night – for those aged 16 and over)
Short stay/Weekend/Bank holiday surcharges
Please note that for a stay of one night, at weekends and for a stay of fewer than 4 nights on Austrian & German bank holidays there is a surcharge of €25 per adult per night.
New Year’s Eve surcharge
Please be aware that on 31 December 2023 there is a New Year's Eve surcharge of €75 per person. This applies to those over the age of 16.
Long-stay discount
From a stay of 14 consecutive nights we provide a discount of 3% and from a stay of 21 consecutive nights we provide a discount of 5 % on the standard half-board price (excludes Christmas/New Year's Eve, regular guest week & packages).
Early booker bonus
For bookings effected 10 months before arrival, we provide a 3 % early booker bonus on the standard half-board price (excludes Christmas/New Year’s Eve, regular guest weeks & packages).

Interesting information of arrival and departure
- Your room is ready for you from ca. 15.00 the day you are due to arrive. Are you planning to arrive in the morning? Then please get in touch two days before you are due to arrive - and depending on availability, we will make your room available from 09.00 for a € 80 surcharge per room
- Should you be arriving after 19.00 we would politely ask that you let us know.
- On the day you are due to depart your room will be available until 11.00. On request, two days prior to departure and depending on availability, you can avail of guaranteed late check-out until 18.00, for a surcharge of € 80 per room
Dress code
- To maintain the atmosphere in our hotel, we would ask that you wear appropriate attire during your evening meal.
- We would like to point out that we prefer lounge wear, short trousers and pool shoes not to be worn in the restaurant.
- Men may of course wear t-shirts which have a collar.
- For our gala dinner on the Friday, we would ask that you wear appropriate attire.
Parking
We are delighted to provide all our guests with free car parking in our hotel facilities. We can provide a space in the underground garage for €10 (€15 with power connection) per night, per car. Both our underground garages are of course linked to the hotel complex via a subterranean access. Some spaces in the underground garage area have charging points for E-cars, for which you need either a CEE plug for high voltage mains power, or a Schuko plug - Type F. Little tip: Don’t miss out to have your car washed in our washing facility for €8.

We are happy to provide child supervision for children aged 3 and over, in our children’s club.
Cancellations/Travel cancellation cover
- In the event that something happens out of the blue and you are not able to go away on holiday as planned, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance since this will protect you from incurring any costs. We enclose the documents for you to do this along with your reservation confirmation.
- You can take out insurance cover here yourself.
- For cancellations effected up to 4 weeks before arrival no fees are charged; up to 1 week before arrival 70% is charged and in the last week before you are due to arrive, 90% of the full booked price will be charged. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full package price will be charged.
- Free cancellation is only available in the event of legitimate lockdown by the Austrian government, or when the borders have been closed.
Dogs
Are welcome on request and there will be a charge of €30 (€25 up to 30 cm high at shoulder level) per night, not including feed. In consideration of our other guests, please note that dogs are not permitted in our dining hall, in our lounger area or in the wellness area. We reserve the right to bill for any final cleaning that may be necessary.

Our Internet is available free of charge via W-LAN.
