Milestones
1999
This project was able to be designed, completed and opened under considerably difficult conditions. The early onset of winter and extreme cold demanded the utmost commitment from all companies involved. The result: a dreamy landscape to relax and unwind in, rightly called the ‘Jungbrunnen’. An outdoor blockhouse sauna and a whirlpool added the finishing touches to this noteworthy facility. As a side note, one interesting detail: in contrast to all the other areas, this relaxation area does not admit children. With this investment, Martin and Burgi Unterrainer took a step into the new millennium. The Jungbrunnen suites & maisonettes were also in the same building. This stands out thanks to its particularly spacious, luxurious design and its 70-125 m2 space, some of the units were even equipped with a steam sauna.
1998
New plans were forged and initially the entrance area of the main building was roofed to provide protection from vagaries of the weather upon arrival & departure. A small open fire was integrated into the restaurant foyer, various rooms were refurbished and the offices behind Reception extended and new computers and digital tech installed. The plans for the ‘Jungbrunnen’ had progressed so much that in the autumn the start of construction of this extensive building could begin.
1997
Golf & Countryclub Lärchenhof (ca. 500m away) was officially opened. As well as a 9-hole tournament course, it offered a Golf Academy with 6-hole Academy course, a covered driving range along with chipping and putting greens. Well-known qualified golf instructor Dietmar Posch managed the Academy. Clubhouse with Pro shop and exclusive sports items.
1994
Several more plans were able to be realized, including the construction of a new underground garage in the
‘Schlösslhof’. (Of course with subterranean access to all buildings)
1993
To acknowledge the continued commitment of our staff, staff quarters were set up, providing functionality, comfort and cosiness.
1992
Completion of the tennis hall, with three granulate courses and tennis café. (Also with subterranean access)
1990
The ski school office in the ‘Landhaus’ had to make way for an exclusive beauty salon, with it then being positioned at the end of the guest car park. Special attention was paid to the architecture, which gave the building a sporty character.
